Happy Anniversary to Debbie and Greg

Debbie and Greg are celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary on July 27 - so this entry is dedicated to them. Nancy and I visited them on Saturday and I took lots of photos of them. The only thing that could make this post better is if their grand daughter Natalie was there. Unfortunately, she wasn't. I am not going to put captions on these photos, just know it is Deb and Greg with Nancy in a couple. You will see the many faces of Deb and Greg and lots of photos of their landscaping and garden. Enjoy the Debbie and Greg show!

I suggest you click on this photo to enlarge it so that you can see the details in Debbie's landscaping.

That must have been some conversation.

Click on this photo to see it larger. I think there is a mosquito on Nancy's nose.

Debbie gave us flowers, tomatoes and potatoes to take home. What a sister!

Odds and Ends and One from the past

Girls night out. Mom, Nancy, Susan and I took Karna and Fern out to eat Sunday night. You just gotta have a girls night out every so often. It is good for the soul.

Even I check the corn.

Joey has been complaining about how he lost his favorite pen. Matt and I found it in the corn field, but we left right where we found it. Joey says he is going to be mad if that pen causes damage to the combine. I say - Joey go find the pen!!

I decided to go back in time (ok, so it is only two years) and post a 'retro' photo. The first retro photo is of Kevin giving sweet Sharon a kiss. Kevin - were you in the muddy cattle pen?

Another birthday party wlth the family

Jody, how do you really feel about school starting soon?

Oh, I see how you feel about the summer vacation ending in a few weeks for you.

Kevin

The kids had strict orders that they had to have an adult escort them on the dock. Hallie doesn't know that Mick has not reached adulthood status yet.

Next time we will take a chair for Kevin.

Hallie and Anna finally found an adult to escort them on the dock - Jody.

The onlookers - Mick, Colleen, Nancy, and Mom

My sister - Debbie

Jody, MK, Debbie, Anna, and Garrett

Garrett offered his roasted marshmallow to anyone who would take it. He liked roasting them more than he liked eating them.

My Mom, Velma. It was a beautiful July evening with temperatures in the upper 60's as the sun went down.

Garrett and Kevin making and eating s'mores.

Sam ended up with his s'more stuck to both hands. He could not get either hand free of the sticky mess.

Kelly joined the fun with Kevin

Sam and his s'more

Hallie liked to eat the chocolate from her s'more and leave the rest for her dad.

Sam and Susan enjoyed a fresh tomato.

Sam took several bites out of two tomatoes that were sitting on the kitchen counter.
