Susan Scott's Wild Woman Party

We hosted a wild woman party for the bride-to-be Susan. We drank, we sang, and we danced. Enough said.

Susan taught the young women a thing or two about partying. Lori, welcome to the wild women club.

Susan and friend Elaine

I told you that we danced.

And danced.

And danced.

As the party wound down, Susan gave the party givers pink breast cancer hats. You might be able to tell by the look on Candi's face that the party included champagne.

Even when Elaine is being silly, she still looks elegant.

Life is good!

Oops, the bubbly bubbled a little too much.

The dancers

Dear friends - Susan and Elaine

The party givers - Nancy, Elaine and MK. Before anyone arrived, we decided to try the champagne, Chambord, and raspberries. I loved the drink so much that I just kept drinking all evening.

More of the party givers - Nancy, Elaine and Candi. Would you agree with me that these are three beautiful and empowering women?

On Saturday morning, we attended a baby shower for Kevin and Sharon.

Brooklyn

Mother and son, Kelly and Garrett, played a 'friendly' game of baseball Saturday afternoon.

Kelly slipped past Garrett as he tried to tag her. Anything goes in two-person baseball. In fact, later in the game, throwing the ball at the base runner was an acceptable way of getting an out.

Hey batter, batter - swing!

I love this photo of Garrett. He definitely kept his eye on the ball.

Hallie

Cowgirl Anna waited patiently for her dad Joey to saddle TJ.

Hallie started to get a little uncomfortable on her ride with Anna on TJ. Last week, one of the horses nibbled or bit Hallie so she was still a little leery. You can see by her expression and her death grip on Anna that it time to get off.

Matt and Hallie enjoyed the sunny, warm weather.

Delightful Weekend for Nancy's Birthday

It was a great birthday weekend for Nancy and me. Ok, ok, so it was Nancy's birthday and not mine, but I still enjoyed the celebrations. We started on Friday night by visiting the Brenneman sisters - Natalie and Emily - and then we ate dinner at Red Lobster. I took a lot of photos this past weekend so I will post them over the course of a few days. But, for now enjoy the Friday night photos.

Nancy, Tim and Joey - Birthday buddies

Tim
I don't have a photo of Tim, so I posted the next best thing - the Cardinals logo.

Sweet Nancy - yes she has to share the photo with me.

I couldn't decide on a photo of Joey so I just decided to post family photos. Enjoy.
