Yes it is true - Todd is leaving K-State and going to the University of South Florida to work in their leadership program. The Bulls of USF put an all out recruiting effort to get Todd to join their team. I do believe he was the #1 rated recruit in the nation and #1 on their list. I think they made an offer he couldn't refuse AND, well, it is Florida. I wish the best to Todd, but I will miss him immensely.
