Garrett's t-ball game and more checking the corn

Garrett

Garrett's idea of playing defense is to do a little dirt work in the infield.

Garrett wasn't too conspicuous, but once he filled the glove with dirt he then slowly released the dirt. I am not sure he even knew there was a runner on second base.

The moment of impact. Garrett made good contact on this swing.

He rounded second on his way to third base.

His coach, Tonya, gave him a high five after he crossed home plate.

After the game, Garrett made sure I was watching as his team lined up to shake their opponents hands.

Susan

Garrett wanted his dad to make a corn maze.

Joey checked the corn. So far, so good.

Joey and Garrett on top of a hill with the lake in the background. The corn and wheat stubble can also be seen in the background.

We took photos of the soybeans to show Matt how big the plants were. I placed my phone on the ground as a reference. Garrett decided he would also be a size reference to tell how big the beans were.

Like father, like son.

Seeing the baseball pictures sure reminded me of Dusty. He would stand out there and play in the dirt too. Named him appropriately. Cute pictures MK!

How many bean plants is Garrett sitting on?
